How to transfer your account

Select Your Device:

  • Use your Storm8 ID and password to log into your account on any iOS or Android device.
  • You will be able to access all games associated with the Storm8 ID that are available for your device.

Access your account on any iOS or Android device:

  1. Note down the Storm8 ID and password for the account you want to use. You can find your Storm8 ID and set your password in the HELP/FAQ within any TeamLava, FireMocha or Shark Party game.

  2. Download any game from the list above for your device. You will use the Account Settings option in the game to log into your account.
  3. Tap the Storm8 icon in the top-right corner to access the Account Settings option.
  4. Select Log in to Another Account and enter your Storm8 ID and password. After you confirm your account information, you will be able to access all of the games linked to your Storm8 ID, that are available for your device.

Will this feature be added to other games?

Yes, we are currently polishing this feature before integrating it into other games. Use the login feature in any of the games listed above to log into the Storm8 ID you want to use. Logging into the account will affect all games linked with the Storm8 ID.

What if I have more than one account because I have multiple devices?

As long as you create a Storm8 ID and password for each account, you can log into the account you want to play on any iOS or Android device.

What's the Connect to Game Center option?

This option is only available for iOS devices.

You can tap Connect to Game Center to link the current account to your Game Center ID.

If you have a Storm8 ID linked to Game Center, you can sign into Game Center on any iOS device and tap Connect to Game Center, which will log into the linked Storm8 account.

What if I don't remember my password?

Our support team will need to help transfer your account this time. Once we help you get your account back, you can update your password so you can use the login feature in the future. Please use one of the emails below if you need help transferring your account.
