Agnes is your new citizen and will not be in your storage, she will be in your Kingdom walking around if you collected 760 Agnes' Bouquets.
If you don't see her, visit the Town Square and make sure the green check mark for 'In Kingdom' is checked under her. If you still don't see her, try restarting your app.
