If you updated to iOS 13 and lost your progress, this is due to a Game Center authentication issue that our team is working on resolving in future game updates.
This issue has been fixed in each game in the most recent update. Please make sure your app is up to date.
If it is and you still do not see your account, please go to Game Center through your device Settings and make sure you are logged into the correct Game Center account.
