Please follow the steps below to find out if your original progress is tied to a Cloud Account:
- Check if your game is on the list below for the platform you're playing on.
If your game isn't listed below for the platform you're using, your game doesn't support the Cloud Account Feature. You will need to use the Login Feature to recover progress.
(Ex: If you're on Bubble Mania on Android this feature is not supported as it's only on iOS for this game. If you're playing MONOPOLY Bingo, this feature does not exist on either platform.)
iOS (Facebook, Game Center) Android (Facebook, Google Play)
- If it's on the list for the platform you're on, log into the social networks listed next to the platforms above to see if that logs you into your progress.
(Ex: If you are playing Bubble Mania on iOS, try logging into Facebook or Game Center to see if your progress shows up.)
Go to the Cloud Account feature article for info on how to log into Facebook, Game Center, or Google Play to log into your progress.
- If the progress you want doesn't appear after logging into the social network accounts, this means your progress is NOT tied to a Cloud Account.
You'll need to use the Login Feature or submit a request and contact support for assistance.
